Santa Barbara Social Club, LLC offer a planned program of varied activities and services promoting and maintain the health of participants and encouraging leisure activities. Activities and services are available at least 60% of the time the center is open to participants, activities and services are documented in the center calendar.

Daily Exercises

Physical inactivity is related to the development of some of the most prevalent diseases in the elderly: heart problems, diabetes, hypertension... as well as contributing to the loss of physical and mental autonomy that leads to dependency.


Physical training and mobility have multiple benefits in the elderly, such as increased cardiopulmonary endurance, musculoskeletal endurance, strength, mobility, coordination, increased response speed, improved homeostasis and adaptation to external stimuli.


In Santa Barbara Social Club we offer daily guided exercises for your Elderly.

Music and Karaoke

Karaoke makes your whole body work. When you sing, the diaphragm muscles and lungs expand to their full potential. The abdominal muscles get relaxed, as a result of which breathing improves, blood oxygen saturation increases, which beneficially affects not only the physical condition but also your mental condition.

Manual Art &Craft


Engaging in creative activities helps with focus and concentration. It is a great way to exercise the brain and stimulate it by pursuing new activities.
